1) A signed contract and a deposit of no less than 50% of the rental must be paid to guarantee your date(s). The balance due must be paid two weeks prior to the event. 2) In the event of disaster or incident beyond human control, which affects the event date(s), 100% of the payment will be refunded to the Renter. 3) A Miscellaneous cost of $50.00 per hrs will be incurred when the event exceeds anytime pass the finished time above. 4) A deposit of $50.00 is expected towards the cleaning and will be refunded if the facilities are cleaned to the satisfactory of the BEPA Agent. 5) The Renter will be responsible for the cost of any damage incurred to the space or property of the BEPA during rental time. 6)There will be no refund of the rental fee for cancellation made less than 8 days before the event. 7) All Garbage must be place on the outside in the appropriate bags. 8) Public liability insurance should be taken out to cover your event.
